ABOUT ME
Tarkan Sen
My name is Tarkan, and I am a personal trainer and physical therapist based in Zürich. I specialize in helping individuals improve their physical strength and conditioning while guiding them to establish sustainable, healthy habits. With a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Amsterdam and a master's degree in strength and conditioning from UCAM Sports University in Spain, my multi-disciplinary background allows me to offer personalized, science-based training solutions. My approach is realistic and focused on long-term success rather than quick fixes.
